The ‘Quick Check’ calculation sheet can be used to obtain an estimate of normal dosage rates for a refinery producing diesel from BFOE (Brent,Forties,Oseburg,Ekofisk) type crudes.  For highly paraffinic feeds expect the CFPP dosages to be  higher.  Refineries having to use significantly higher dosages  than indicated by the routine are invited to forward data to Cemeg for investigation.  Our data template download may be used to summarise results;
